Select your self-tan mousse, lotion or gel and place a small amount of your favourite self-tan product in the centre of the applicator on the velvet side. Place the applicator over your shoulder and hold onto the handles, one in each hand. Move the applicator from side to side and across the back of the body. Repeat as required until desired colour is applied.
