Use after meals, before bedtime, or as directed by a dentist, hygienist, or a physician. Use a Dentifrice or as an Oral Rinse. DENTIFRICE: Apply small amount to a moistened toothbrush. Brush teeth and massage into gums as usual. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. ORAL RINSE: Dissolve approximately 1 teaspoon into one-half glass or 8-12 oz. of warm water. Rinse mouth thoroughly and expel. DO NOT SWALLOW. For best results do not eat or drink for 20 minutes after using VINCE.
