Gently place PureSkin pad on chest above breast area. Smooth out any air bubbles. Chest Pad can be worn while sleeping or during day, best results use for 3 hours plus. 4. Remove Chest Pad from Chest slowly after use. Place Chest Pad back on clear film and then place Chest Pad in your empty PureSkin Box.
