To use this double phase remover, saturate a cotton ball with makeup remover and apply to the skin, pressing gently for a few seconds and then sweeping off gently with downward movements.

Blend the 2-phases of this remover by gently tilting the vial and back again, do not shake it to keep the molecules intact! Leave a cotton pad on top of the waterproof make-up to let the product do its job. Afterwards, the waterproof make-up can easily be removed. After cleaning with a damp cotton pad.
