Also can be used as a primer or undercoat for eye shadow, and to fix Moon Glow Pigment shaker and eye dust to the body.
Easy to apply using the nozzle applicator on the end of the tube – or mix your glitter with the gel first and apply with a brush.
Gel dries quickly and holds glitter in place.
Remove using makeup wipes.
