Start with damp skin. Take a pea size of the cream and gently massage into the skin for 1 minute, rinse off with lukewarm water. Dry, sensitive skin, and rosacea – massage gently for 30 seconds, rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry. Use product every 2 weeks. Normal to dry skin – massage gently for 1 minute. Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry. Use product once a week. Oily/combination skin – massage gently for 1-2 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water
